Tinder provides sent a complaint for trade-mark violation to 3nder, an internet dating application that connects “open-minded couples” with people in search of an open-minded enjoy. Tinder, alternatively, promises a chance to discover “a pal, a romantic date, a romance, and sometimes even the possibility encounter [that] changes a person’s lives forever.”
